In Amador County, the soil composition, steep slopes, and altitude contribute to its unique terroir, renowned for its volcanic, granitic soils and dramatic diurnal temperature shifts. These conditions yield grapes with intense color, concentration, and structured tannins.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from J-Squared Vineyard in Coombsville, captures the soul of the region with its intense, full-bodied character. Because of its proximity to the Bay, Coombsville experiences cooler temperatures allowing to harvest grapes later and at a more developed phenolic ripeness.

2023 TROUSSEAU GRIS SPARKLING WINE — RUSSIAN RIVER
Trousseau Gris is an ultra-rare grape and Fanucchi-Wood Rd Vineyard is the primary source of this grape, a 125 year-old, dry-farmed site in the Russian River Valley. Fanucchi personally tends the 10-acre organic block by hand to ensure a focused palate and vibrant aromatics. The cool climate is ideal for this varietal.
